Richard "Casey" Fowler is the lead appraiser. Casey has been appraising Residential Real Estate since 1987 and has owned C&C since 2001. Cheryl Fowler is a trainee appraiser and also handles the money management end of the business.

Located about 35 miles northwest of downtown L.A. Santa Clarita is rated as the sixth safest city in the United States with at least 100,000 inhabitants. Principal boundaries are the Golden State (I-5) and Antelope Valley (Cal-14) freeways; their merger in Newhall Pass at the city's southernmost point gives Santa Clarita its distinctive triangular appearance on the map. Santa Clarita's most notable attractions are the Six Flags Magic Mountain (amusement park), California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), located in Valencia, and College of the Canyons.
